Your Coaching Session
At the end of the session, you will make a list of the actions that you are going to take over the coming month. Write them in your workbook, but also put them in here, so that you will get the reminders. Accountability is one of the strongest benefits of coaching, so don’t miss out on that.
IMPORTANT: If, for whatever reason, you don’t want to share your actions with me, just write ‘agreed actions’ in the form and submit it anyway, as otherwise you won’t get the reminders or the next module.
Book a One-to-One
If you have a particular issue, or you’re feeling a bit stuck and would like to talk to me personally, then why not book a one-to-one coaching call with me? Even a short call can help you get back on track, so feel free to use this time when you need it. Book the amount of time you want here, and I will contact you to arrange a time for the call. Please note that for obvious reasons there are only a limited number of coaching calls available and they will be allocated on a first-come first-serve basis, so you may have to wait a little while before yours.
