What is executive coaching?

Executive coaching helps you develop and reach your goals quicker and more efficiently than if you had to do it on your own. It is basically the same as any other form of coaching, but executive coaching is specifically for people at executive level such as CEOs, Managing Directors, Business Owners and Senior Managers. People who have a lot of pressure to perform, and don’t always have someone independent, 100% confidential, non-judgemental and supportive to talk to.

What are the benefits of executive coaching?


As your executive coach I will help you get clarity about what it is you’re trying to achieve. This can be on a personal level or on a business level. It’s hard to reach a goal that isn’t clearly defined, and I will help you do that, so that you know exactly what you’re aiming for.


At any senior level, there is always a lot you have to do and it can be easy to feel overwhelmed. As your executive coach, I can help you prioritise the right actions, and keep you focused and on track. Taking a step back from the day-to-day work is the perfect way to get both clarity and focus. Having someone independent to talk you through it, will make that time off even more efficient and productive.


This is one of the biggest benefits of working with an executive coach. Because you have regular meetings (or calls) with your coach, you are more likely to take the actions that you agreed to. And this is the secret to any success: knowing what to do (clarity & focus) and actually doing it (accountability). I will remind you of your actions in between the sessions, and during each session we will evaluate everything and set new actions for the next month.
